Cancellation Policy
✨ Updated Cancellation Policy ✨ If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 36 hours’ notice so I have the opportunity to fill your time slot. • Cancellations made within 36 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • No-shows or cancellations within 4 hours of your appointment will be charged 75% of the scheduled service. If the card on file is declined, the cancellation fee must be paid using another method before booking any future appointments. 💅🏼For Jade’s Nails: Cancellations within 36 hours of your appointment will incur a flat $40 fee. We understand that unexpected situations can happen—consideration will always be given in cases of illness or true emergencies. Thank you so much for your understanding and support! 💛
